My Personal Background
Kenneth L. Thomas
I am a preacher of the gospel, and a math teacher for both Volunteer State Community College and Motlow State Community College (adjunct faculty). My wife, Judy, is an assistant buyer at PFGLester (Formerly Kenneth O. Lester Company) in Lebanon, TN. In the past I have taught math and Bible in secondary schools, both public and private, while preaching in various localities.
We have four grown sons, four grandsons, and one granddaughter. All are residents of Tennessee.
I have preached for the churches of Christ since 1963, in Middle Tennessee and South Georgia. Beginning in January 2005 I began preaching for the church of Christ at Beechgrove, TN. The congregation is a small congregation which meets just off I-24, exit 97, about halfway between Murfreesboro and Manchester TN.
One of my interests has been to send out a nightly Bible question. I have sent the questions to four e-mail group lists as well as a personal list. Those questions can now be found on this website in the archived bulletins of the Beechgrove church.
I am also a member (past-president) of the Murfreesboro Lions Club (Evening club meeting at Cannonsburgh).
